A call AFTER picking up your luggage. Cab company will give you a door number and cab number where your reserved cab will be waiting. Driver will have your name. If you don't make a cab reservation, please do not make the mistake of hailing a city (Chicago) cab. they park outside the airport for runs to the city. They will charge you double the rate - $50 to $70 - to come to the suburbs (Techny).
