Pan African Roman Catholic Clergy Conference
PARCCC and NBCCC Conference
July 24-27, 2003
The Pan African Roman Catholic Clergy Conference (PARCCC) and the National Black Catholic Clergy Caucus (NBCCC) will be gathering all committed brothers in the struggle to continue the 21st century "conversation between brothers." This gathering of the PARCCC and NBCCC will take place at the Divine Word International (Techny Towers Conference Center) on July 24-27, 2003 in Techny, Illinois. The Techny Towers Conference Center is administered by the Society of the Divine Word and is only minutes away from the O'Hare Airport.
The agenda for this meeting was designed last year in a three day international conference.. The title for this year’s event is, A Sankofa Spirituality: Men After God’s Heart. The goal of the conference is to have our bishops, priests, deacons and seminarian step into the future through building bridges between our experiences through theological discussion, ministerial networking and pastoral exchanges.
To make this conference successful each PARCCC and NBCCC member (African-American) is asked to bring a brother (priests, religious, deacon, seminarians) of African Descent (African, African-Latino, African-Asian, African-Caribbean, African-Pacific) to the conference. Include the brothers that you meet in this building of a shared future.
The cost for the room, board, and conference
registration is in a package:
$190.00 for a single room with common seminary bath
$160.00 for a double room with common seminary bath
(Each person sharing a double room would pay $160 each)
