Pan African Roman Catholic Clergy Conference
PARCCC and NBCCC Conference
August 27 - 29, 2002
The Pan African Roman Catholic Clergy Conference (PARCCC) and the National Black Catholic Clergy Caucus (NBCCC) will be gathering all committed brothers in the struggle to convene a "conversation between brothers." This gathering of the PARCCC and NBCCC will take place at the Divine Word International (Techny Towers Conference Center) on August 27 - 29, 2002 in Techny, Illinois. The Techny Towers Conference Center is administered by the Society of the Divine Word and is only minutes away from the O'Hare Airport.
The agenda for this meeting is to plan and identify the issues of the 2003 International PARCC Conference. The title for this three-day event is, EACH ONE, REACH ONE and its goal is that each PARCCC and NBCCC member (African-American) brings a brother (priests, religious, seminarians) of African Descent (African, African-Latino, African-Asian, African-Caribbean, African-Pacific) to the conference. There will be a facilitated process to assist our prayer planning and bridge building within our Black Catholic world community. The PARCCC and NBCCC have already registered three representatives of Brazil who will be coming for the conference. These representatives include a bishop and two priests.
The cost for the room, board, and conference registration is in a package:
$190.00 for a single room with common seminary bath
$160.00 for a double room with common seminary bath
(Each person sharing a double room would pay $160 each)
